Architects · Surrey
Surrey projects are a different animal from Central London. Bigger plots, detached houses, room for serious new builds. We work across the county - from extensions in Esher to ground-up houses in Cobham - handling the architecture, planning and construction ourselves.

What We Do in Surrey
Surrey has something that most of London simply does not - space. The plots are larger, the houses are detached, and there is room to do things properly. That changes the kind of projects we take on here. New build houses on private plots. Large extensions that wrap around three sides of a property. Full renovations of period homes that need bringing back to life.
The planning landscape is more varied than London too. Surrey has multiple district and borough councils - Elmbridge, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead, Waverley - each with their own local plan. Parts of the county sit in the Green Belt, which adds another layer entirely. We navigate all of it, whichever part of Surrey your property is in.
The design quality stays the same whether we are working in Chelsea or Cobham. The only difference is scale - and in Surrey, the scale tends to be bigger.
Our Approach
We are London-based, but Surrey is core territory. A significant proportion of our project work happens outside the capital - in Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, Guildford, Leatherhead and the towns between. The commute is short, the site visits are regular, and the working relationship is the same as any local project.
We have completed projects across the county and understand how the different planning authorities operate. Elmbridge is not Guildford. Mole Valley is not Reigate and Banstead. Each has its own priorities, its own sensitivities, and its own way of handling applications. That local knowledge matters when you are trying to get something built.
What makes us different is that architecture and construction sit under one roof. We design the project, take it through planning, and build it with our own team. There is no handover to a separate contractor, no gap between what gets drawn and what gets built. One contract, one point of contact, from the first sketch to the finished house.
If you have a plot, a property, or just an idea - we are happy to talk it through. Most projects start with a conversation about what is possible.
